Choose one visible adult
Use a photo with one person and a clear, front-facing face. Group shots, half-covered faces and heavy beauty filters make it harder to identify the subject. Choose a photo you own or have permission to turn into a video.
Leave room for arms and body movement
A full-body or waist-up photo fits this gesture-heavy routine better than a very tight face crop. Keep shoulders and arms in frame and leave some space around the subject. The example clips lean toward the camera and use both hands.
Prefer a sharp image with even light
Use the original photo when possible. Avoid dark silhouettes, bright backlighting, sunglasses and screenshots enlarged from tiny thumbnails. Check that the eyes and outline of the face are easy to see before uploading.
Expect changes in small details
Fine hair, fingers, jewellery, costume accessories and clothing patterns can change during fast movement. A simple outfit and uncluttered background are easier to review. If the result loses an important detail, try a clearer photo and inspect the next result carefully.
